Most of the bills are paid by sponsors … like company paid , corporate sponsor , marketing expenditure, advocacy development, business deal meet etc., so it's more to satisfy the business interest than the stomach ?

Fine dining is a scam. Its more of presentation and ambience of the place than the food.

There are way better meals to be had for a fraction of the price

Not just the 5 stars but many standalone fine-dine restaurants are also over-priced.. And barring a few legendary names, quality of food everywhere is mediocre.. Huge gap in VFM compared to other metro's..
